This is a “Plain English” agreement for the provision of Multimedia publishing services.
"Media Magnetix" (DIGITALCATZ consulting service) provide a publishing service using a proprietary software to create
‘State of the Art’ page turning multimedia web books
suitable for a wide range of applications.
Distribution is via internet (file download or web~book on a page) or on storage disc or device. Once created there is no further setup cost and one or one million or more copies can be created as needed. This is an extremely cost effective and sustainable way to communicate with clients or to distribute your message. We can even update published and distributed books if required. We will provide you a written quotation for this service based on a specification we create following a briefing meeting. This quotation is valid for a period of one month. Our sample brochures and all drafts and samples remain copyright to, and the property of, Media Magnetix until full sign off and payment of all agreed fees. Following final sign off full copyright will rest with the content provider for any given project. All content is the sole responsibility of the client in terms of slander or liability. Clients agree that we are not responsible for accuracy or ownership of content and that we act in good faith in regards to these issues. The client takes full responsibility for all claims and agrees that Media Magnetix will not be held responsible for any such claims. We provide a publishing service not a proof reading service, so all projects are deemed to be fit for purpose at the time of final sign off. We retain the right to use all product developed within our sample range (not for public distribution) after final sign off. We are not responsible for any third party services which may be integrated within any given product. We will at all times provide full support and backup; but can not be held responsible for any delays or losses (real or imagined) caused by any failure or fault either within the product or electronic delivery systems. Agreed fees will be paid as per the ‘Schedule for Payment’ and are non refundable if for any reason the project is cancelled by the client. |
